FlexLeague+ helps league organizers, facilities, and competitive players run structured pickleball seasons end to end. It is built for competitive seasons with rosters, schedules, and rating-gated divisions — not casual drop-in open play.

- **Player discovery:** Players browse open seasons by location (zip code and search radius) and see division eligibility before registering.
- **Registration & rosters:** Online signup with partner invites, free-agent placement, waitlists, and manager approval workflows.
- **DUPR integration:** Official partner — account linking via SSO, verified ratings at registration, and rating-gated divisions.
- **Payments (Stripe Connect):** Organizers connect Stripe to collect division registration fees; managers can track paid/unpaid/waived/offline payments and issue refunds.
- **Scheduling:** Players propose, counter, and confirm match date, time, and court; managers monitor unscheduled and overdue matches.
- **Scores & standings:** Players submit and confirm match scores; standings update as results are finalized.
- **Playoffs:** Managers transition to playoffs and generate seeded bracket matches from regular-season results.
- **Manager operations:** Dashboard alerts, match monitoring, division rosters, Email League broadcasts (in-app and email), and registration management.
- **Player experience:** My Leagues, My Teams, My Matches, in-app notifications, and installable PWA for phone access.
- **Facilities & organizations:** Run multiple leagues and seasons under an organization; assign venues so players find programs locally.

## Pricing model

- **Players:** Free account; pay division registration fees only when an organizer sets a fee.
- **Organizers:** No monthly subscription. Free to create accounts and seasons. One-time platform fee per division when the roster is locked and the schedule is generated (currently $25/division).
- **Refunds:** Organizers handle player refund requests from their division Payments page. Platform fees billed to FlexLeague+ are separate.
